The hotel offers a comfortable stay with rooms that feel more like an apartment than a typical hotel room. The service is friendly and helpful, but there were some issues with billing accuracy. The location is outstanding at the country club plaza, making it convenient to access everything you need within walking distance.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was super comfortable, which was great for us and our 16-month-old. However, I noticed that the room was a bit dirty, especially the doors and door knobs, indicating they could use some extra cleaning. The hotel seems to be aging a bit, but overall, it was a good fit for our needs.
The hotel offers two separate rooms, which is fantastic, but the size is about half, and there was no offer to lower the price. The service is great, making the stay personable, but some areas were not adequately managed. The location is perfect for exploring downtown on foot, although the surrounding area might be a bit shady. The dining options were comprehensive but seemed a bit pricey. The facilities are well-equipped.
